PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT
To book a reservation on NaturalWorth Yoga and Wellness Retreats you must make a deposit payment or make full payment. Deposit payment amount is half your full payment..
FULL PAYMENT
Full payment must be made 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Payment must be made in full by all persons attending the retreat or lodging with retreat participant. No exceptions.
WAITLIST
If you make a payment when the retreat is fully booked. We will automatically put you on a waitlist. We will contact you ask if you would like to remain on the waitlist or be refunded your payments. The waitlist ends 60 days prior to retreat start date. If no space is available by the end date of the waitlist your payments will be fully reimbursed.
PARTICIPANT'S CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests should be made in writing. Send cancellation email to info@naturalworth.com
If you cancel on a retreat the following apply.
If the cancellation is made 90 or more days before retreat start date, 100% of your payment will be refunded to you.
If the cancellation is made 60 – 89 days before retreat start date 50% of your payment will be refunded to you. You will relinquish 50% of your payment.
If the cancellation is made 59 days or less before retreat start date you will receive no refund. You will relinquish your entire payment.
Exceptions to this policy can not be made for any reason.
NATURALWORTH YOGA AND WELLNESS RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
We have offered several retreats in the past and have not had to cancel a retreat. In case we have to cancel a retreat for reasons beyond our control we assume no responsibility for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat. NaturalWorth Yoga and Wellness is not responsible of any costs to you brought about in planning for any retreat. example, plane tickets, loss of work, as well as any other expenses related with getting ready for your retreat.
In case of such a cancellation, customers will be notified as soon as possible and their payments will be fully reimbursed.
LIABILITY
Natural Worth Yoga and Wellness assumes no responsibility for loss, injury during the trip, delay, extra expense due to acts of God, weather, customs regulations, domestic and international flights delays, loss or damage of baggage or delay in receiving it and cost to send them to customer, strikes, wars or anything beyond our control, loss of life. We act as an agent between the customer and all the services provided to our guests (hotels, rental cars, restaurants, local flights and transportation companies, boats etc.), and don’t assume any responsibility in case of failure. We reserve the right to change or cancel itinerary and choice of providers due to any emergency situations and do not assume the possible costs of such changes.To cover yourself in these situations, you may take out cancellation and travel insurance (see below).
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
If you feel you need to, you can buy travel insurance to cover the following (The best way is to look for insurance from your country, before you travel):
Luggage loss and delay, delivering your delayed luggage to your hotel. Please note that most airlines do not assume delivery cost of delayed luggage.
Medical expenses and evacuation in case of accident and sickness, etc.
Trip cancellation or interruption because of a problem you or one of your family members may have before or during your trip.
Trip cancellation due to the airline or travel agency in your country.
In no case can we assume the cost of the above mentioned.
Note: With a deposit or full payment, the traveler agrees with all the above listed terms and conditions.
