Purchasing and or using any of the services or products provided in connection with the aforementioned websites, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use stated in this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically as these Terms  and Conditions of Use are subject to change and updates. If at any time you find these Terms and Conditions of Use unacceptable, you must immediately cease all use of the aforementioned websites, their services and products. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, retreats, events, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit is given for services paid for but unattended.
  2. All participants must pay. If you have friends or family members who want to participate, they must pay a drop-in fee of $30 for the class they are taking part in.
  3. As a participant, you will not be permitted to signup for a class, workshop, retreat or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation-based class.
  4. Yoga classes may be physically strenuous and, as a participant, you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
  5. As a participant, you will follow instructions given by Naturalworth instructors and you acknowledge that any failure to follow instructions is at your own risk and may cause injury, loss of property or death.
  6. Fees for Naturalworth services and products may increase from time to time to reflect increases in the cost of running NaturalWorth and its websites.
  7. Terms and Conditions of Use here-in are subject to change without any prior notification.
  8. NaturalWorth administrators may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach Terms and Conditions of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
  9. If you have any concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at NaturalWorth. 
  10. All intellectual property rights, including copyright of all content and communication belong to NaturalWorth LLC and should not be copied or distributed without written permission.
